Is LYNR an AI automation company?

No. LYNR is a senior revenue execution company. AI and automation are capabilities we can deploy inside a defined GTM workstream. We use them when they materially improve the commercial workflow. We do not sell generic AI transformation or a separate automation rate card.

Can LYNR actually deploy AI workflows, or only assess readiness?

Both. Signal can assess whether a workflow is worth automating and whether the process, data, systems and decision rights are ready. If the workflow is clear and commercially justified, a Sprint can include the build and deployment inside the existing stack. Human controls, QA, measurement, documentation and handback are included in the Definition of Done.

What does LYNR mean by human control?

For each workflow we define what AI may read, write, recommend, send or trigger. We define what needs human approval and how exceptions or low-confidence cases are handled. We also define what gets logged and who remains accountable for the outcome.

When should I start with Signal?

Accepted Answer

Use Signal when the problem is real but the evidence, root cause, priority or scope is still disputed. It is a 2–3 week senior diagnostic that ends in a decision and a recommended intervention. If there is nothing worth building, we say so.

When should I skip Signal and go straight to a Sprint?

When the problem is already clear enough to define what 'done' means. If the workstream, desired outcome and core dependencies are understood, go straight to the build. There is no reason to force an extra diagnostic fee.

What is Orbit?

Orbit is optional senior QA, governance and adoption support after a build. Your team owns and runs the system. Your team continues to run the system; Orbit provides periodic senior QA, governance and adoption support. It starts from £7,500 per month with a three-month minimum.

Do you implement the work or just advise?

We implement. LYNR can own commercial diagnosis, process design, systems and CRM configuration. It can also cover data and integrations, automation and AI deployment, technical implementation, QA, documentation and handback. One accountable LYNR team owns the scope, the build and the outcome.

Do you cover Marketing Operations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Marketing Operations (MOPS) is a core LYNR capability. Typical work includes lifecycle architecture, MAP and CRM process, lead scoring and routing, SLA and ownership rules, source taxonomy, attribution, funnel reporting, marketing-sourced pipeline, data quality and the automation or AI workflows that sit inside those processes. Where the problem is already clear, that work is usually scoped into a fixed-scope Sprint rather than sold as a separate advisory service.

What is the Lynr Network?

The Lynr Network is internal delivery infrastructure. It is how LYNR governs, vets and maintains the senior and technical capability behind its engagements. Clients do not buy or coordinate it. You buy LYNR with one scope, one accountable team and one handback.

How is pricing structured?

LYNR sells fixed-fee outcomes against a written Definition of Done. Signal starts from £8,500. Focused Sprints start from £22,500. Core mid-market Sprints start from £30,000 and complex / multi-workstream programmes from £60,000. Orbit starts from £7,500 per month. Final pricing depends on scope, technical and delivery complexity and risk. Fees are fixed against the agreed Definition of Done.

How is scope controlled during a Sprint?

The Definition of Done is agreed before work starts. If a material new dependency or requirement appears, LYNR surfaces it. We agree any revised scope or separate piece of work in writing rather than quietly expanding the engagement.

What is normally out of scope?

Accepted Answer

Broad creative production and media buying are not standard LYNR scope. Neither are permanent GTM operation, major standalone software-product engineering, full finance-system implementation or unrelated transformation work. Workflow automation and integrations can still be included when needed. So can technical build, where it is necessary to deliver the agreed revenue-workstream Definition of Done.

Can I speak to a reference?

Not yet. LYNR launched in 2026 and you would be among our first clients. What we can show you instead: the work we have done in the same situations inside previous companies, and a full sample deliverable before you commit. If a client reference is how you buy, we would rather tell you that now than sell you a maybe.

How does LYNR avoid creating dependency?

Documentation and ownership are designed into the engagement from the start. Every Sprint closes with the working system and operating documentation. It also includes named internal ownership, success measures and a defined 30-day transition window.

How do you handle client data and system access?

LYNR works inside client-approved systems. We control access against the agreed scope on a least-privilege basis. Access is requested, documented, reviewed during the engagement and removed at handback. Private client data is never treated as unrestricted material.
