How do LYNR engagements work?

We diagnose the problem, build the fix inside your tools alongside your team, document it properly, and hand it back with named owners and a 30-day adoption window. Then we step out. There's no ongoing dependency built in by design.

It means the person doing the work has sat in the seat before — not as an analyst supporting a partner, but as a senior GTM operator running the workstream. LYNR's operators bring fifteen to twenty years of hands-on experience across GTM enablement, marketing ops, sales ops and RevOps in B2B environments. Senior GTM work is delivered by experienced operators, with specialist support only where scope requires it. There are no juniors on accounts, and no hand-off to a delivery team after the pitch.

Do you offer retainers?

No — and that's deliberate. A retainer creates ongoing dependency. LYNR is built to diagnose, build, document and hand back. Governance & Adoption — Orbit is the closest thing to an ongoing relationship, but it's light senior QA on a quarterly basis, not a managed service. If your problem needs a permanent operator, we'll tell you that on the first call.

Why would we use LYNR instead of hiring?

Hiring a senior GTM operator takes three to six months — longer for a strong one. They need onboarding. They inherit the existing chaos before they can fix it. LYNR can start within two weeks, works to a fixed scope, and leaves your team owning the outcome. If the right hire exists and the timing works, hire. If the work is urgent and the problem is scoped, LYNR is faster and lower-risk.

RevOps blames data. Finance doesn't trust attribution. Signal cuts through that noise, ranks the gaps by commercial impact, and tells you exactly what to fix and in what order.

When should I skip Signal and go straight to a Sprint?

When the problem is already scoped clearly enough to define a Definition of Done. If you know the CRM is the issue, or handoffs are leaking, or attribution is the argument — and you can describe the outcome you want — you don't need Signal. What if we already know what is broken?

Then you probably don't need Signal. Tell us what's broken, what you've tried, and what a working version looks like. We'll come back with the smallest Sprint that fixes it — or tell you it isn't a LYNR job.

When should I use Governance & Adoption — Orbit?

Accepted Answer

When the GTM system was built — either by LYNR or by your team — but adoption is quietly drifting. Owners have moved on. Cadence has relaxed. The same problems are returning under new names. Orbit is light senior QA on a quarterly basis: we review against the original Definition of Done, identify where drift has set in, and correct it before it becomes a rebuild.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed scope, fixed price. You see the indicative starting price before entering any conversation. Final pricing depends on systems complexity, team size and delivery timeline — but the scope is agreed in writing before work starts. There are no retainer fees, no hourly overruns, and no surprises at invoice.

How is scope controlled during a Sprint?

Every Sprint has a written Definition of Done agreed at kickoff. If something emerges mid-Sprint that changes the scope materially, we surface it, discuss it, and agree a revised scope in writing before proceeding. We don't quietly expand the work and invoice for it later.

What makes a Sprint successful?

Three things: a clear Definition of Done agreed at the start, an internal named owner who can make decisions during the Sprint, and access to the systems and people we need to do the work properly. We'll flag any blockers early. Most failed engagements trace back to unclear ownership on the client side, not the work itself.

You receive a handover pack: operating model, named owners, SLAs, runbooks, dashboards and a 30-day adoption plan — all in one document, written so the next owner can run it without us in the room. We hold a handover session with the relevant stakeholders, walk through every workstream, confirm ownership, and agree the adoption plan before we step out.

What's the 30-day adoption window?

A defined period after handover where we remain available to answer questions, spot early drift, and support your team as the new operating model embeds. It's not a retainer and it's not unlimited access — it's a structured safety net to protect the investment you've just made.

Do you work alongside our existing agencies and contractors?

Yes. We're not territorial. If you have an agency running demand generation, a fractional CFO, or an in-house RevOps contractor — we'll work alongside them. We'll be clear about workstream boundaries at kickoff so there's no overlap, conflict or confusion about who owns what.
