GDPR & Data Protection

Last updated: May 2026

This page sits alongside the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and summarises the rights you have under UK GDPR, EU GDPR and equivalent regimes — and how to use them with LYNR. Data protection contact: dpo@getlynr.com.

This page is provided for transparency and should be reviewed before formal legal reliance. For questions, contact privacy@getlynr.com.

Controller

Sales Optimisation Consulting Srl, trading as LYNR, is the data controller for personal data submitted through getlynr.com. Registered at Sos. Colentina 16, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania. Day-to-day data protection contact: dpo@getlynr.com.

Your rights in plain English

  • Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correction — ask us to fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data when we no longer need it.
  • Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a question is resolved.
  • Objection — object to processing we base on legitimate interests.
  • Portability — receive data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent — turn off optional analytics or marketing cookies at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or by emailing us.

How to make a request

Email dpo@getlynr.com with a short description of your request and the email address you have used with LYNR.

To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will usually respond within one month. If a request is complex we may extend that period and will tell you why.

If you are not satisfied

You can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. EU residents may also contact the Romanian supervisory authority, Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), at dataprotection.ro. We would always prefer to resolve concerns directly first.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA — for example because a hosting or email provider is based in another region — LYNR relies on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Relationship to other policies
