This page is a short summary of your data protection rights. For the full picture of what LYNR collects and why, see the Privacy Policy. For cookies and browser storage, see the Cookie Policy.

This page is provided for transparency and should be reviewed before formal legal reliance. For questions, contact privacy@getlynr.com.

Controller

THINKBUD LTD, trading as LYNR, is the data controller for personal data collected through getlynr.com and LYNR business enquiries. THINKBUD LTD is registered in England and Wales, company number 17013341, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Day-to-day data protection contact: dpo@getlynr.com.

Your rights

  • Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correction — ask us to fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data when we no longer need it.
  • Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a question is resolved.
  • Objection — object to processing we base on legitimate interests.

How to make a request

Email privacy@getlynr.com (or dpo@getlynr.com) with a short description of your request and the email address you have used with LYNR.

To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will usually respond within one month, subject to applicable law. If a request is complex we may extend that period and will tell you why.

Internal privacy complaints

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your data, you can raise a formal complaint by writing to privacy@getlynr.com with "Privacy complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge and investigate.

External complaints

You can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. Individuals in the EEA where EU GDPR applies may also contact an applicable local supervisory authority in their country of residence, work or where the issue occurred.

International processing

Some service providers operate internationally or use infrastructure in more than one country. Where a transfer of personal data is restricted under applicable UK data protection law, THINKBUD LTD assesses the provider's contractual and transfer arrangements and uses an applicable legal mechanism where required. These may include an adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism recognised under applicable law.
