How Lynr works

Lynr is a senior revenue execution company. Three offers cover the full arc: Signal finds what to fix first, Sprint builds the system, and Orbit is an optional light-touch layer that protects adoption after the build. Everything is senior-led, partner-enabled where scope requires, and handed back documented and owned by your team.
Step 01 · Signal
Find what is broken and what to fix first.
A senior-led diagnostic across motion, ownership, handoffs, data, and forecast & cadence. You receive findings with evidence, a priority matrix tied to commercial impact, and a recommended Sprint or honest no.
Signal timing
Signal runs over 5 working days once access, data, and stakeholders are confirmed. Delays in access or availability pause the clock; we do not shorten the diagnostic to hit a date.
Step 02 · Sprint
Build the system, process, playbook, or operating rhythm.
A senior operator builds the fix — inside your tools, alongside your team. Every Sprint has a written Definition of Done agreed before work starts: scope, artefacts, owners, and what "handed back clean" means for that engagement.
Example Sprint configurations include the Founder-to-Team Revenue System Sprint, Revenue Operating Spine Sprint, Handoff Quality Sprint, and Pipeline Truth Sprint. Sprint stage-fit varies — a 20-minute conversation confirms which one, or whether it is not a Lynr job.
Step 03 · Orbit
Keep the system clean, adopted, and improving.
Orbit is an optional post-Sprint governance layer — not a retainer, not a managed service. Light cadence, scorecards and QA to catch drift within a quarter. Available only where a Sprint has been delivered and the client wants adoption protected.

Scope & Definition of Done
Every engagement has a written Definition of Done.
Pricing, deliverables, owners and boundaries are agreed before work starts. Anything outside the Definition of Done is quoted separately as new work — not absorbed silently, not scope-crept in.
Material changes in scope, missing data, or delayed approvals may require a revised timeline, revised scope, or a separate agreement.
Outcome expectations
What Lynr does and does not guarantee.
Lynr builds and hands back the operating system behind revenue. We do not guarantee revenue, pipeline, conversion, forecast accuracy, hiring, or commercial outcomes. Those depend on client adoption, data quality, team execution, governance, market conditions, and ongoing management.
Data & Security
Minimum access. Client-approved tools. No unauthorised export.
Lynr works inside client-approved tools, requests only the minimum access needed, and does not export, reuse, or share client data without written permission.
Where partner-enabled delivery is used, access is scoped, time-bound, and governed by Lynr.
Partner governance
Lynr governs the specialist work.
Where a workstream needs specialist implementation — CRM engineering, MAP configuration, data platform work — Lynr brings in vetted partners under the same Definition of Done, cadence, QA and handback standard. You get one accountable point, not a stack of vendors.
