Embed is deliberately transparent: you know the capacity, day rate, four-week fee, initial commitment and any additional approved cost before signature.

What stays flexible
Priorities can move inside the agreed remit without issuing a new SOW every week. A material new function, region, system, responsibility or risk profile requires written change control.
What does not stay vague
The operator profile, capacity, normal working pattern, commercial rate, payment timing, client dependencies, data/security requirements and exit/renewal decision are written down before mobilisation.
Legal/status reality matters. Some Embed assignments are LYNR-owned projects; others are materially client-directed interim capacity. Employment status, off-payroll/IR35 treatment and any employment-agency/employment-business rules depend on the actual working arrangements and applicable law, not the words “Embed” or “SOW”. We record the real operating model and complete the relevant process before work begins.

Mandate
Outcome, boundary, decision rights, acceptance criteria and receiving owner agreed in writing.
Evidence
Baseline the real process, data, systems and behaviour before changing them.
Build
Implement inside client-approved tools with senior accountability for the change.
Show & teach
Prove the new operating state, show how it behaves and teach the receiving owner how to run it.
Transfer
Runbook, controls, documentation, measures and ownership move to the client.
Verify
Use the included transition to confirm the change is holding without creating dependency.
Every Sprint includes the working system/process, written Definition of Done, documentation, controls, named internal owner and transition support required by the scope. Show. Teach. Transfer. is how adoption and handback happen in practice. Embed also maintains living documentation and a deliberate transition at exit so temporary capacity does not become accidental dependency.
