1. Contact
Send copyright and takedown notices to legal@getlynr.com. Postal notices may be sent to THINKBUD LTD trading as LYNR, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. What to include
- Your name, organisation (if relevant) and reliable contact details.
- A clear identification of the work or right you believe is affected.
- The exact LYNR URL, Network record or other location of the material you are reporting.
- A short explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised or otherwise infringes your rights.
- Where you act for a rights-holder, enough information to show your authority to act.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3. LYNR review and interim action
LYNR may acknowledge a sufficiently clear notice, preserve relevant records, restrict access to material while the issue is reviewed, ask the submitter or rights-holder for clarification, and remove or disable material where that is appropriate.
Urgency does not remove the need to verify the material, the claimed right and the relevant permission or licence. LYNR may reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent or unrelated to material under LYNR's control.
4. Material submitted by Network members
Lynr Network members are required to submit only material they created, own, are licensed to use or otherwise have permission to provide. LYNR may quarantine or remove evidence where there is a copyright, confidentiality, privacy, security or permission concern, and may ask the member to provide a redacted or authorised replacement.
5. Response from the submitter
If LYNR removes or restricts material after a complaint, it may give the submitter a reasonable opportunity to explain the licence, permission, exception or other basis they rely on. LYNR may restore material only where it is satisfied that doing so is appropriate and lawful.
6. Repeat or serious misuse
LYNR may restrict or suspend Network access where a member repeatedly submits material they are not entitled to provide, or where a serious infringement, confidentiality or security concern makes continued access inappropriate.
7. Other legal processes
This process does not limit rights or procedures that apply under copyright, platform-liability or other applicable law. If LYNR later completes a formal statutory intermediary or designated-agent registration for a specific jurisdiction, the relevant public details will be added here rather than implied before registration is complete.
